An Inter House Tournament of football and netball was organised by The Tribune School, Chandigarh. Students participated with full enthusiasm and performed well. Inter house tournaments and competitions are the back bone of school and plays an integral role in bringing inter school trophies home.Maximum participation is the key to success.
In the category of Under -14 boys (football), students of Vishwamitra House played against students of Chanakya House for the third place by scoring 6 goals against 0 .Students of Shankaracharya House turned as the winner of the tournament against Dronacharya House with a score of 3-2. Dronacharya House became the Ist runner up of the tournament whereas Vishwamitra House was the II runner up of the tournament. In the category of U-14 Girls (Netball) tournament, students of Vishwamitra House played against students of Shankaracharya House for the third place by scoring 5 goals against 1. Students of Chanakya House celebrated their victory against Dronacharya House with a score of 5-1. Chanakya House bagged the winner’s position whereas Dronacharya House was declared as the 1st runner up and Vishwamitra House as the 2nd runner up.
Tribunians displayed a lot of zeal, fervour, confidence and a great spirit of sportsmanship as they competed with their peers.
